Educational Qualifications and Professional Qualifications: Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate shall be responsible for effective and efficient management of procurement and supply chain activities of the KNTC Procurement and supplies process in line with the existing internal policies and that the policies are adaptable to the changing business environment.
Educational Qualifications and Professional Qualifications. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate shall be responsible for overseeing effective and efficient implementation of ICT policy through proactive needs analysis, systems integration and efficient user support. Reporting to the Procurement Officer, the successful candidate shall administrative assistance to effectiveness of the KNTC Procurement process in line with the existing internal policies and that the policies in adaptable to the changing business environment.
Reporting to the Legal Officer, the successful candidate shall be responsible for providing administrative assistance in the legal department including documentation, asset management, follow-up on insurance claims, lease administration, contract administration and property maintenance.

Develop and implement an national marketing and trading company and supportable procurement plan, national marketing and trading company and procedures. Plan and manage all activities involved in sourcing suppliers, procurement, quality assurance, financial, logistics and warehouse management activities.
Coordinate and collaborate with channel partners, such as suppliers, intermediaries, third party service providers, and internal customers. Manage competitive acquisition of goods and services for trading purposes, Execution of contracts, updating and maintaining vendor database. Build effective and structured relationships with internal and external customers.
Manage, monitor and develop departmental staff through training, appraisals for optimal staff performance. Create appropriate relationships with representatives of customers, suppliers and other relevant external bodies.
Ensure that the supply chain information is communicated clearly to internal national marketing and trading company external customers.
Oversee the preparation and development of departmental budget. Preparation and implementation of the budget and Annual Procurement and Asset Disposal Plans Preparation of the procurement plan Approve and monitor departmental expenditure.
Manage operations of audit department to ensure achievement of set objectives and goals. Prepare and manage annual work plan and budget for audit department Risk facilitator for the organization Act as the Secretary to audit committee Review and advising the management on adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls Reviews systems established to ensure compliance with policies, plans, procedures, statutory requirements and regulations Review means of safeguarding assets and verify existence of assets.
Review operations, programmes and projects to ascertain whether results are consistent with established objectives and goals and whether operations are being carried national marketing and trading company as planned.
